I HATE THIS F'ING PROGRAM SO MUCH SOMETIMES!
school sucks...i never knew it could be this hard...holy shit.
this had better be worth it in the end, b/c right now i could care a flying fuck about post transcriptional modification of pre-mRNA and how viral proteins can inhibit this process via inhibition of CPSF processing complex binding to the mRNA, thus causing nuclear accumulation of unprocessed cellular mRNA's. OH BUT!!! the viral mRNA's have no problem at all going into the cytoplasm b/c THEY'RE special and are processed by a different machinery complex in the nucleus....NOT RNA Polymerase 2.
big tilt
I need some blood pressure meds...sigh
sorry-i REALLY had to vent.

i'm listening to one of sandra collins' mixes and i'm diggin it

all i remember about cells are the mytochondria are the power stations, lol. Wouldn't it be better if we were all made of steel, and only needed some oiling at times, no cells yay. In case you cant tell, im sick of coding in php right now.

Um, yeah, hi. Laurie, we have a problem. It seems that you forgot to put the new cover sheet on your CPS(F) reports. I sent out a memo last week about it? Did you get the memo, because I sent it out last week. And we really need you to put the new cover sheets on your CPS reports. MMMkay? I'll get that memo to you.

LMAO, Doug. That is a really funny movie. 8) Laurie, it has to all turn out okay, because the fact that you even have a clue what in the heck that was that you just wrote indicates that you are immensely talented.

HAHAHA doug that was funny! I ACTUALLY SMILED AND LAUGHED TODAY!!! I need a dose of that movie right now to cheer me up. I'll have to wait . The test is due tomorrow and I will not get it done in time. This is a fact. I'm just now trying to do the best I can. My grade is going to suffer on this one, but if I get kicked out (and i repeat this after saying it last night) it must be for the best b/c right now, i'm miserable. This is not how one should live their life...with their head in the molecular biology of a cell working on a take home exam for 45+ hours and still not getting it done in time. Dana, thanks for the kind words (hug)...and Pulse, you're right about those mito's. my life would be a lot simpler if we were steel and not a bunch of friggen proteins and nucleic acids and sugars and blah blah blah. l. I'VE GOT A CASE OF THE MONDAYS TODAY!!!
