Joe, those are great. I miss the ocean right now and those helped my craving!
That house is my dream house. I wrote a poem about it once. I'm going to have a house like that some day. That's why I'm working so hard now. Oh yeah, and to also be able to cure some diseases that plague humanity as well LOL. (my values are really not in that order, fyi)....did i mention i want a red sports car too? HAHAH

That house is a TRIP. There was a 20th century inventor named John Hayes Hammond, this was his first house on the rocks, it's like 100 years old now. He had a wicked sense of humor. He built a much bigger castle up the coastline a little (can't see it in this photo), and this one here became his "bungalow" lol. Amazing place. Greta Garbo stayed there as a guest once. See that huge vertical stone foundation under the cottage to the right? I was given an informal tour down there at like 3am, and literally was ducking for a couple of bats that flew out hahaha. It used to be his laboratory before he finished the big castle. The rest of the house has this underground maze of a cellar with secret passageways, bricked off doorways, the whole enchilada. I guess Hammond also used to have chains and fake skeletons down there to spook his unsuspecting guests.
Also, interestingly enough, this is the same harbor (and town) they filmed for A Perfect Storm. There is a scene or two where they show that breakwater with the little lighthouse thing on the end (leftside of the middle picture) Pretty amazing town to hang out in. Lobster, shrimp, clams, to die for.
