The superjesus are an Aussie band, I have been listening to, they are absolutely amazing, dan will tell you, they absolutely ROCK! ;D
So you should all go download some songs by them!!!!
Sorry I’m just really psyched about them at the moment!! (plus it’s like 1 am, I’m being a bit irrational)
But I’ll give you guys some background info on them anyway.
Superjesus formed in 1994, under the name Hell’s kitchen, which later got changed to The Superjesus because gave many people the impression that the band was a heavy metal outfit and this affected their ability to get gigs around the local Adelaide (South Australia) music scene. The band has 4 members, who are Sarah McLeod (vocals/rhythm guitar), Chris Tennent (lead guitar/back-up vocals), Stuart Rudd (bass) and Paul Berryman (drums). There debut album hit the shelves in May 1996, Eight Step Rail. There second album, Sumo was released in Australia in February 1998, and the US version was released in June. (there you go there is a US version so you don’t have any excuses now). Sumo II got released in October 1998, and their latest album, Jet age was released in October last year.
Anyway they are absolutely AMAZING!!
