two great movies, both scored by BT. which is the best? consider this in your answer: 1) music 2) acting 3) cinematography 4) coolness-factor (includes considerations such as 'ability to be enjoyed while drugfucked' and 'amount of obscene sex and violence' ) ;D

Ok, so I just have to say that I LOVED THE FATF....after seeing that movie, I've wanted to get a pimped out car and go drag racing around this city HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA. For real! I think that that would be a wonderful stress relief . I'd get a black supra with neon green stripes, tinted windows, spoiler, and the best damn rims on the market. Inside...leather ( ;D), best bose stereo system that would play Nick Warren's mixes, Hybrid, BT, and a bit of Timo (I know some of you are groaning). I'd want a the play station set up like that one kid had in the movie, as well as the flip up stereo controls like Dom had. DAMN I loved that movie. Not to mention the music was spectabulous. So, yeah, that's my little fantasy...maybe when I get out of school and actually make money? ? Sigh... For now I oggle and covet the kids that drive around campus that already have it. (note: kids...ugh) L.

These two movies are kinda hard to compare, because everything about them is different. Better comparisons would be TFatF vs. (ugh) Driven or Go vs. Groove. Script-wise, it goes to Go, because it was a MUCH better plot and the characters were better developed. However, tFatF was a very nicely shot movie and had killer special effects.

::hangs head in shame for picking a bad movie war in dana's view:: if i'd picked driven VS TFATF, we'd all have picked TFATF, wouldn't we? Go! has BT's string theme in it.... which just makes me all ...but then TFATF has that amazing theme too... if only we had the scores for both of them.... go is far more complex, and probably wins if BT is removed from the equation. but his music for TFATF is, in my opinion, his greatest accomplishment to date.... grrrr. i can't choose! ;D

Go for already stated reasons, and rumor is his Zoolander score muzak is better. Let's hope so, I wasn't TOO keen on all of that TFATF bidness (the orchestral parts being the exception).

BLASPHEMY!!!! KILL HIM!!! how can anyone NOT like TFAT? actually, i think it's kinda unfair to judge either score, seeing as we don't have a release for any of them... ;D

Actually, I agree with Vince. The score to TFATF really wasn't all that great in my opinion. But if I had to choose the best movie I think it'd be.... Army of Darkness!!!!! Bruce Campbell rulez!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, the score that was actually in Zoolander wasn't that great, but that wasn't all BT. I would love to hear the original, because I would have liked to have heard what he did with the movie. It was pretty good IMHO.
OMG, let's not even get into fav movies of all time. There's not enough time for me to even try to figure that out.
